This is a great shop! Brian is honest and professional. The work is completed in a timely manner with your satisfaction guaranteed.
Top notch maintenance and the customer service is second to none. I took my bike in for a 20K service/inspection was blown away by the whole experience. The bike was completed when promised and there was no "up sale" pressure. As long as I am stationed close to OTE, they have a dedicated customer.
They are not just the best shop around, I they become your friends - trustworthy, reliable and honest.
Brian and crew have served me well over the years. From mechanical, service to community service, the crew at Olde Towne Cycle are to be commended.
This is my first time there was a little hard fine but I think well worth it they were very friendly helpful and considerate I would recommend this place to anybody else and I am sure that if I ever need this type of help again or any other I'll go there
Better than going to the local HD dealer. May not be as quick in and out but trust Brian's work more. Honest and fair price
