Very disappointed with the customer service we have received with the cleaning of my wedding dress. Dress was not complete by the date promised.
Not bad.
We were satisfied with the dry cleaning itself, but I am only giving 3 stars b/c upon pick-up, the lady that helped us was very short, rude & acted annoyed that we were even there. My significant other had 2 shirts & a suit dry cleaned for a wedding. Since it was raining, we asked for an extra plastic bag, as the pant legs were hanging out, & she said "No, we don't do that here", although the bags were in plain sight right behind her ...I'm not sure what she even meant by that -- 'you don't help paying customers by ensuring ... read more
