I had them install a wood stove & sweep a masonry fireplace. I also bought an American Heritage hearth pad through them. They showed up when they said they would, & with enough crew to finish the install & chimney sweeping within a couple hours. Very fast, efficient & cleanly done. I'll be using them for my chimney sweeping & install needs in the future, & so should you!!
We had problems with our main chimney drawing so we advise from Olde Towne Chimney Sweep. Prefab chimney wasn’t installed correctly so Sidney and his crew replaced the prefab chimney and corrected problem. No issues in the past 10 years and Olde Towne cleans and inspects each year. It has been a pleasure to work with Sidney and his crew.
Ole Town Chimney Sweep is outstanding. Sid May and his crew are very professional. Easy to get an appointment and they are always on time. They take time to cover your furniture and there is never a mess. Sid actually cares about his customers. I have been using them for 5 years. Wonderful people.

I left messages on the voicemail per the number provided this past Monday at 11:18 AM, then again Tuesday at 1:02 PM, and to date, no response. It was a woman's voice on the voicemail both times, stating to leave a message and my call would be returned. I received a referral from a neighbor for this company. Disappointed.
