Can't say enough great things about these guys!!
We failed to come into this shop for the first few years we lived here, and I regret that because they are such a great butcher shop. Everything we have gotten is top notch. Love the tri tips and flap meats for picanhas for their value, great ground burger, house bacon is terrific. Their high end cuts are not cheap but they are always the best meat we buy. What a Dimond in a basement of a butcher shop. These cupcakes were amazing. Light and airy, not too sweet. Highly recommend checking her out. She has such a cute set up.
Stopped by the revamped spot and love what they did to the new shop arrangement. I haven't been back in years. I can't believe I got this great a cut of prime rib eye for this price. The two young men at the front knew exactly what I was looking for and explained how each cut of meat would behave under grill, smoke, or cast iron. I stopped in by chance while walking around with wife. I took home 4 of the Cumberland sausages. Best sausages i have ever eaten!! No fat, no gristle. Like a lean hamburger in a casing. I ate four in about a day and a half. Heading down today (hour ride each way) to get more.
