To start, it is in the 30's and I have no heat. They turn it off too early in the year. Maintenance is lazy and always leaves a mess behind. Mud all over the walkways. I slipped and injured my knee. Not worth the price. They have their standard excuses, but that doesn't fix the problems.
I love living here! It’s quiet and safe. The front office staff is stellar and so friendly. Any request for maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. And if it isn’t to your standard as a resident, then they make it so it is.
I have loved my stay here. The office staff are always friendly and maintenance issues get resolved quickly. Its in a quiet neighborhood with reasonable rent for the area.
Please do yourself a favor and never rent out any of these apartments. The property managers and Maintence guys are shady and will lie to your face! As soon as my lease is up I will be out of here, I can’t wait!! The worse apartment community I have lived in!
