I moved here recently, nice management and well matained grounds. The rent is fair/competitive. Some things to note are the shared laundry only has 2 washers and 2 dryers creating a wait and the parking spots on not covered or gated.
I’ve lived here with a year but rented with bright properties for five. Always super hospitable and they really care about their tenants. The place is well maintained, maintenance stays on top of things and other tenants always have been super kind as well. Very cozy atmosphere at old town :) quiet and cute!

Been a tenant here for three years and really have nothing but good things to say about the place. The property management company is quick and efficient with repairs, the neighborhood is AWESOME, beautiful houses, nice quiet community, easy walk to downtown. The apartment is self is well maintained and very nice after the renovations that were down a few years back.
