I’ve only been living here for 6 months, but this is one of the nicest apartments I’ve lived in since moving to Tucson. The communal areas and amenities are great and the location is unmatched. There’s such a great sense of community here, I love it!

Great location, close to downtown and local coffee shops and restaurants, but still pretty quiet. Management is quick with communication and maintenance is prompt. The units are really nice. Friendly neighbors, plus some community cats that like to stop by and say hello!
I moved here recently, nice management and well matained grounds. The rent is fair/competitive. Some things to note are the shared laundry only has 2 washers and 2 dryers creating a wait and the parking spots on not covered or gated.
I’ve lived here with a year but rented with bright properties for five. Always super hospitable and they really care about their tenants. The place is well maintained, maintenance stays on top of things and other tenants always have been super kind as well. Very cozy atmosphere at old town :) quiet and cute!
