I hate to say that I spent a good portion of my childhood in this apartment complex. Growing up, I experienced both worlds—spending school days in the more expensive part of Arlington, VA, with my mom and weekends and long breaks here with my grandma. This place is a nightmare and absolutely not safe for children. I understand that this is a low-budget option for families who can’t afford more, but please don’t settle for this place.
