Every month you are charged $250+ for water/sewer whether you use it or not. I hate to say that I spent a good portion of my childhood in this apartment complex. Growing up, I experienced both worlds—spending school days in the more expensive part of Arlington, VA, with my mom and weekends and long breaks here with my grandma. This place is a nightmare and absolutely not safe for children. I understand that this is a low-budget option for families who can’t afford more, but please don’t settle for this place. Spoke to Jose at the leasing office. Seems that he's not a fan of helping English limited account holders. My friend rents there and they had a clerical error that jumped to an eviction notice. My friend spoke to them yesterday and was told there was nothing they could do to stop court. Today there was a possibility of making a payment to dismiss the whole matter. As a US born native Spanish speaker, imm so disappointed when people don't step up to help resolve something and instead allow things to escalate. Do better Jose.
