This used to be a decent residential area. I don’t know what happened. The road is full of pot holes and the residents there; everything in the yard, cars park with expired vehicles registration, pest infested homes, trash on the streets. It went to a decent neighborhood to property devalued, if HOA does not regulate and maintain this property it sure likely to become decreases value on the market. Another words what happened here Hanover Park?
They just do not clear any snow , with higher price of HOA amount , this basic service you are not going to get. . With many follow ups too , basic driveways is all black ice and slippery.
