Would be perfect without Amanda Bara. She is a piece of work and very unpleasant to communicate with.
I lived here for five years. Here are my thoughts and observations. Pros: A+ maintenance - always got things fixed quickly! Easy to use online portal for paying rent and making requests. New property manager is much more professional and not rude like the previous one. Allows a cat with pet deposit. Great location - short walk to the grocery store and very close to Red Rocks park. Hot water in shower never runs out. Spacious bathroom with big mirror. Garage parking space. Washer/dryer hookups in apartment. Abundance of wildl... read more

Great apartments and the neighborhood, but this review is specifically for the property manager Linda Wurst. Communication with her and her behavior deserves less than 1 star. Just a miserable human being, absolutely unpleasant to talk to, and rude. Firstly, she didn’t want to put my mother-in-law on the lease, because she had a credit card late payment 7 years ago!
