Great apartments and the neighborhood, but this review is specifically for the property manager Linda Wurst. Communication with her and her behavior deserves less than 1 star. Just a miserable human being, absolutely unpleasant to talk to, and rude. Firstly, she didn’t want to put my mother-in-law on the lease, because she had a credit card late payment 7 years ago! It's a beautiful and peaceful place to go alone or with family or friends
I was a tenant and Olde Orchard Park for over two years. The landlord and property maintenance team were quick to fix any issues that arose and were easy to communicate with. All my neighbors were nice. Would recommend.
