I just love this community! Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Everyone loves pets and also enjoy the quiet nights and sunsets! Management and, “the board,” work great together to get needs and concerns met in a timely and friendly manner. I highly recommend for a great Colorado life! You’ll se so much snow it’s insane! Update: I was being very sarcastic. Don’t know if it got better or worse, but that’s why I moved.
I've been an owner here for years. Recently the pool has been upgraded and except the smell of sewage in the area, its fairly nice. There have been no major or surprise assessments luckily, especially since the HOA dues are $367/month for me and have not seen major increases. There are some downsides though. HOA covenants are unevenly enforced, seemingly policed by unemployed residents who walk around taking pictures of people's units during the day.
