I had my car painted at the Gray location and I am not satisfied with the work. It had 2 runs and after the paint began to cure it began to solvent pop. I then took it to the Jonesborough location to have these issues fixed and in the process of trying to buff it out, instead of fixing it right, they buffed through the clear and base coat. Also if your car has aluminum body panels don’t take it here because they will contaminate the panel due to improper handling and when it starts to corrode they will call it a manufacturer... read more
I won't deal with anyone else. The staff is the nicest and most professional bunch of people I've ever done business with. They are a USAA Star rated body shop. They treat veterans very well, and a few of the employees there are vets themselves.
Very professional and they do great work. I have used them on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed.
Over the last 8 yrs I have had several occasions (3 granddaughter wrecks and once when my car was hit - my Avalon looked totaled to me - I only had one time when the reconditioned part wasn’t up to par (and they quickly replaced it) that I wasn’t completely satisfied. More concerned, caring people I have seldom dealt with. Great people, great repairs. I’d give it SIX stars if the choice was available.
done a very poor sloppy job with my toyota tundra truck which is blue got black paint every where on it also post to change out flood light didnt still one is broke so bad i took the truck back to them that night and called both the bank i got it from and insurance had my truck over a month close to two and still not right if anyone or company would like to see what im talking about message me i be more glade to show you pic.. or a video on what i took seen
Car was done when they said it would be, and came back super clean. They were lots of help with getting me a rental from Enterprise, too.
My vehicle was broken into while traveling. My husband is military so I was a little more than stressed this happened while I was alone with two very young children but y'all made it so smooth and easy on top of the job being done very well. Thank y'all so much ! Now hopefully my husband is just as happy with his "baby" as I am yalls service ��
