The absolute worst place/management company I’ve lived at. Management will lie to you straight to your face. The management company will claim you didn’t turn in money orders forcing you to pay for it again. (This isn’t just a one time thing, they have a reputation of doing this.) They forced me to pay $45 in money order because they lied and said I never turned it in. I started video recording everytime I turned the money order into the Dropbox and it never happened again. Wish I could give it less than one star worse neighborhood to live in ever horrible management and maintenance and btw the new landlord Judy is the absolute worst very disrespectful and narcissistic definitely feel like your living in prison instead of a home highly wouldn’t recommend for nobody 🤢🤢🤢🤢 ZERO STARS
Pros: Near William & Mary (with traffic, it’s less than a 10 minute drive.
