About this business
What started out as a simple resort hotel in 1896, is now a historical bed and breakfast included in the National Register of Historic Places. Nicholas Peterson built this hotel and it served as a stop gap arrangement for salesmen who traveled for their work. Once the roads between Tacoma and Glencove were improved, the traveling time was reduced and the need for a hotel also diminished.
