I had a pipe freeze and burst and when the insurance company put a different restoration company on my claim they called and said they couldn't be out till the next day and ended up not calling me back for two days. Luckily, I called Olde Fort Restoration and they were able to come out that morning to start the mitigation process right away to start cleaning up and drying everything out before further damage was done. Olde Fort Restoration was fantastic when it came to helping us with water in our basement. Our basement was a finished basement and our kid area so this was a huge task but they guys came in and did it all and made the process seamless and less stressful. We can't THANK YOU enough!!
