RecommendedI lived at Olde English Village for over 5 years. The office staff is second to none. The maintenance team is exceptional. Should I ever need to rent an apartment again, they will be my first call. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Just tried to look at a place here and bc I'm a server I don't meet requirements to live here. Wow. Ur gonna discrimate against me bc I'm a server and I don't make enough money?! I'm seeing bad reviews anyway so probably don't want to live here.
Worst. Place. EVER!! These people scammed me out of thousands of dollars. I lived in a one-bedroom with my wife and baby on the way. They said we'd have to move to a two-bedroom when the baby came. They said they would have a place ready for us. When moving day came they said they had rented out our new place and that we would have to leave because they didn't have another two-bedroom. They made us pay for an additional month, kept our entire deposit (even though they already had another renter lined up), and threatened to t... read more
Lived here for a few years. We had problems with several neighbors at this place. You aren't supposed to have a dog that is more than 60+ pounds, yet several people have large dogs. Nearly everyone was slamming doors, even at early hours in the morning. Our bathroom constantly smelled like smoke/skunky. We had issues of someone trying to hack us by using bluetooth. Managers are high strung. I got a renewal for my lease. Before the deadline was up for me to sign it, I got a letter saying they would not renew my lease or extend my stay there. Why? Because I left a stroller neatly parked under a balcony by my garden level windows in nobody's way. I asked why they had to take it into their office instead of just notifying me that I could not keep it there and the reason why. Then I go a letter that my lease would not be renewed.
