The area is very quiet considering its located immediately off of main street. The apartments are spacious and relatively affordable. The neighbors are normally nice and keep to themselves. If you have a growing family, though, it gets cramped with more than three people living here. I love the big basement - its partially done and has washer/dryer hook-up. Best place Ive rented in Canandaigua to date!
