I live in Olde English Apartments which is also managed by Village Hill Apartments and I have made countless complaints in person or over voicemail to management (because they never answer their phones) FOR MONTHS about the resident living below me blasting music and being unreasonably loud with multiple visitors between 11 pm and 2am or later on weeknights, smoking cigarettes in their apartment so heavily my entire apartment wreaks of cigarettes, and trashing the yard in front of their apartment with dozens of cigarette but... read more
