I live in Olde English Apartments which is also managed by Village Hill Apartments and I have made countless complaints in person or over voicemail to management (because they never answer their phones) FOR MONTHS about the resident living below me blasting music and being unreasonably loud with multiple visitors between 11 pm and 2am or later on weeknights, smoking cigarettes in their apartment so heavily my entire apartment wreaks of cigarettes, and trashing the yard in front of their apartment with dozens of cigarette but... read more
Management will not help with anything! Nasty living conditions, Outdated kitchens that are WAYYYYYY too small! The shared foyers smell awful!
Worst apartments ever!!! Terrible drainage in the building, sewer backs up into the bath tub, very bad black mold problem, appliances that are ancient, floors that are sooooo thin you have to watch the same show as the person that lives above or below you. Most of all, the landlord is a rude snobby unhelpful person that tries to blame you for any problem that happens in your apartment, even though as I said earlier, everything is old and worn out and should have been replaced years ago. Also, overpriced.LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
