Joe is awesome!!
Joe was amazing.. He made sure I was comfortable while he worked on my neck tattoo. It came out awesome. Just the right amount of color. Line work was great and very light handed which was great considering it was on my neck...
Joe did a wonderful job with my tattoo. I would recommend Olde Anchor Tattoo to anyone interested in getting tattooed.
