This place is a complete joke. Customer service is absolutely crap. You have to sit and wait for ever to get help Look up Redmond precast is you want good customer service.
Everytime we have came to this facility to pick something up that has already been purchased, it takes at least 30 minutes for anyone to even come out to help you. Then when you have to take time off of work to drive an hour and a half to pick your stuff up, and will call starts at 7:30 why do I wait 45 minutes while they are in a meeting before someone comes and gets my pick ticket. Unbelievable. Looks to me like they need more organization.
