I don’t know why drivers are saying negative comments. I had a 1pm appointment. Got here at 9:30 and they started loading me right away. The office ladies were very nice, friendly and polite. Stay positive and God bless everyone.
This place is trash . 4 hours total to check in , get loaded , then check out . Dont pull on the scale before checking in at window or you'll be yelled at . They open at 7am but the the people who actually know how to do their job don't show up til 8am . The forklift workers are good , just not the ones in the office . Plus the loads are heavy , if your not over 80,000lbs consider yourself lucky ... Must scale out before leaving .
