Unbelievably bad customer service. Will not answer a simple question on the phone or direct the call to someone who can.
I am the owner of a stair company in San Jose, California I’ve had issues before where the quality of the glass had defects in it, and they would get back to me within a couple weeks Recently, I’ve had a job that they brought the Glass back. The edges were rough in the corner were sharp. They came and picked it up, brought it back two weeks later and it was exactly the same. Nothing was touched.
