Unbelievably bad customer service. Will not answer a simple question on the phone or direct the call to someone who can.
I am the owner of a stair company in San Jose, California I’ve had issues before where the quality of the glass had defects in it, and they would get back to me within a couple weeks Recently, I’ve had a job that they brought the Glass back.
