Did nothing except collect their fee and interrupt our stay with unannounced inspections and maintenance that they refused to reschedule. Horrible rental agency. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY.
Fantastic house for a big family. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other. This summer will be our 5th year - we now have 4 generations vacationing together! The house is immaculate and well stocked - towels and bedding included (that’s a big +). Close to the bay beaches and the pond is what draws us back! Great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding! Can’t say enough good things about this house!
Sotheby’s Old Cape is without question, the best Realtor I’ve ever dealt with. We arrived on the cape for a family celebration with 13 adults and children. The rental we had booked online was uninhabitable. A friend suggested we call Old Cape. They were remarkable in service, professionalism, and sincere concern to salvage our weeklong vacation. I rented a beach house through oldCape and the process was really easy and pleasant. Very responsive and will definitely be going through them in the future for beach vacations.
