Great roofing company that really cares about their customers. They handled all the correspondence with the insurance company. They even went to bat for us when the insurance company didn't want to cover some expenses multiple times. They did a professional install and picked up all trash and nails. They came out multiple times to meet with the insurance company to make sure they saw the hail damages. I waited to submit this pending complaints thru BBB, Office of Attorney General, and Dept of insurance.If given the option to chose this company after over a year and a half and all the problems we've had it would be a HARD PASS! Following a substantial hail claim in 2023...this company...overbilled for upgraded repairs and items NEVER recieved, charged personal items on recipepts.(red bulls.). Old world roofing replaced my roof due to a recall on shingles. It appears that old world roofing did not do the job correctly. There are 2 layers of underlayment. Step flashing is missing and the vents were not installed properly. I have leaks into my house that has caused damage to my ceiling and floor. Incorrect vent installation has caused humidity to build up in the roof and I have black spots on my ceiling.
