Multiple tenants stockpiled bags of garbage on back porches and as a result, my unit was infested with rodents and my unit was also infested with multiple types of insects such as huge cock roaches, houseflies, horseflies and fruit flies. Mr. Downing refused to address my concerns, but summarily evicted me for contacting him about these highly unacceptable behaviors of multiple tenants in Old World Properties' apartment building.
