ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH. about 3 years ago, I went round and round with these folks, about wiper blades they make that I bought at Sam's Wholesale Club. They were about a month old, and one flexed and allowed windshield to get scratches in it was almost NEW. I called them numerous times, sent in culprit, sent letters. The windshield I got an estimate was aftermarket, much cheaper than a factory. They refused to admit they make a faulty product, and refuse to stand behind it. Would not accept this brand for "FREE". Trying to contact to their sales department for about 2 weeks and no one responded. We send request through their website and also call couple times and no luck.
I purchased a jump starter to keep at my cabin for ATVs and lawn mowers it worked once. It was the second one from you the first one I had to take back it did not work at all!!! I can't believe that John Force would associate his name with such a poorly manufactured product. Maybe you should spend more money on the battery instead of spending it in Motorsports!
