Donna is probably the rudest human I’ve ever come into contact with. She was the listing agent on a home I absolutely loved. I stopped is to see what I could afford, was just curious, the owner took me out to a 40 acre lot and when I saw it, I had to have it. Wow
Had emailed and spoken to them regarding properties and what we were interested in to get a better idea of the area and the response received was to drive up to take a look. Took a drive to see the area and look around and when we stopped by the office Jake was not helpful. He told us to take a listings he had placed outside and look. I drove 30+ hours from the east coast to look for properties in Arizona. I rented a place in Ash Fork for a week to stay while we searched for property. The agents promised to take me on a tour of the area and show me listings, but failed to do so the entire week. The agents also promised to send me listings that met my criteria and they also failed to do that. Very disappointing!
Tried to get company to help me find a piece of land all I got was an email of lots around asg fork tried to get info got nothing ended up going with a different realtor and got the help I deserved when. I viewed the land I ended up buying when I got there my realtor was behind me shortly but there was a couple viewing the land when I got there waiting on Jake's a half hr later I put down money and they left when he didn't show when my realtor called him Jake the snake I thought company rivals then to hear the rest of town c... read more
