Just rude customer service. Inquiring about land seems like an inconvenience to Donna. Cant get info on a property I'm interested in without pulling teeth. Happily looking for a different seller. Was at a property and was told about a map that would be helpful and that she would send the link, didnt get it until the next day. Property lines do not show how it is split into 3 lots and apparently you just have to figure that out yourself.
In the process of shopping for property in Kaibab Estates you will know you have done your research if you meet Jake The Snake and Donna at High Country Realty. I have not figured out why every single person in the whole town calls Jake a snake. It does kinda describe our sense of humor. Kind of like our mayor who has never stood elections and never will. Donna is probably the rudest human I’ve ever come into contact with. She was the listing agent on a home I absolutely loved. Naturally, I called to see if there was a chance to view the home while I would be in town the following weekend. She lectured me for 30 minutes about how I clearly didn’t know how real estate worked and how I needed to sign something stating she was my buying agent. I stopped is to see what I could afford, was just curious, the owner took me out to a 40 acre lot and when I saw it, I had to have it. Wow
Had emailed and spoken to them regarding properties and what we were interested in to get a better idea of the area and the response received was to drive up to take a look. Took a drive to see the area and look around and when we stopped by the office Jake was not helpful. He told us to take a listings he had placed outside and look.
