I'm sorry about that Mike. Can you tell me why your visit wasn't what you expected please? Maybe it's something we can fix...
I've been here 3 days in a row first day had the Original Roll and was nice and warm and would rate it a 9 out of 10. Second visit had a frosted cream cheese and wasn't as good as the first visit was cold, and hard which was a disappointment to the first visit. Third visit also ordered a cream cheese frosted and asked for it to be warm they said they would heat it up. I got my order and again was cold . Wish they did what I asked. The taste was pretty good make sure they are warm!

I'm so sorry that your roll wasn't warmed enough for you. We try to only warm them just enough to please the customer and no more. Microwaving can make them harden if we zap too much. Please, if you come again, make sure it's how you like it before walking away or ask for a manager. Thank you for your input.
Cashier was rude and condescending. She knew she was out of line and offered up a lame, insincere apology (something like "Sorry, I work with kids too so I get tired of stupid questions"), but she just made it worse. All because I asked her for a piece of foil, before I realized they had a lid for the box. If my kids weren't really looking forward to these cinnamon rolls, I would have told her to keep them.

Hello Celia- I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience at OWCR. I would have tried to handle the situation differently if I was made aware of it. We are so busy this time of year, sometimes we are trying to hurry and an apology can sound insincere. I apologize for that. We are trying to move that line as fast as possible so our customers don't have to wait too long. I hope you can overlook her rushed apology and give us another try next time you are in town. Same as the ones I would get at the Ventura fair. Glad I stumbled upon this place years ago. Wish I had know this place was so close. So worth the drive.
Best Cinnamon rolls, pinwheels,etc.. Pretty much everything that's made at Old West is made with so much love which makes 'em awesome. Even their coffee is perfect!
