Came in for breakfast before 7:30am and waited 15 minutes at the table. Several waiters walked by us yet not one stopped to take our drink order or tell us someone would be with us shortly. The restaurant was not busy and there were several waiters on staff. We eventually walked out and went elsewhere for breakfast.
The food was great, as for the management...very poor. Witnessed an incident and going to the manager to explain what happened (to possibly save an employee's job), was brushed off like it didn't matter. I feel like managers should take the time to listen to what their customers have to say. He acted like he did not have the time, nor did he care about our thoughts. I do not want to go back to that specific location if the management will be ran so poorly.
