I get pretty anxious about getting pierced, but everyone here to incredibly friendly! They definitely calmed my nerves. Maddie did an amazing job, and let me know each and every thing she was doing (which soothes my "fear of the unknown" anxiousness). I'm 100% coming here again for my other piercings!
Took the kiddos there for nose and ear piercing. Maddie was awesome! She took great care of us!! Everything was very clean and procedure and aftercare explained very well. My son got faint and dizzy afterwards due to adrenaline rush. Maddie stepped right into action, got him lying down and put his legs over head. His color came back, his dizziness got better. My daughter has been to Old Traditions twice in the last year! Both experiences were phenomenal! She went in a little nervous (she is terrified of needles), but everyone on the staff helped her through the fear! Some laughter and good explanations of what to expects and what to do after, it made her feel at ease. Thank you to Old Traditions....you now have a lifelong customer!! Thank you so much for helping out my daughter!

All of the staff was super friendly and helpful! I instantly felt welcomed and that really helped me not be so nervous about getting a piercing. Maddie gave me great advice about my new piercing and also about my nose, which I already had before coming in. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell she truly cares about the wellbeing of the people she pierces. My experience was quick, professional, clean, fun, and honestly painless. I could not recommend Old Traditions more!
