Horrible experience here. Was a patient for a year and everything was going great between Susan and I and the staff but I recently needed help with an issue and I was talked to very insensitively whilst in severe pain and just trying to get through to Susan and get some answers. Rachel was a complete jerk to me and her tone was very condescending.
