Dr. DeYoung is a very nice person but sometimes misses a bit with billing practices, billing insurance late and sometimes miscrediting payments. She also, through a representative, gave me a balance to settle my bill, then two months later realized I owed more. This came as a surprise to me and was difficult to budget for.
