RecommendedRuben was our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing very informative had a great sense of humor and was willing to help us with questions as we were leaving the trolley and made sure that we understood where we needed to go and how to get there... He made listening and learning about Savannah very fun and enjoyable and it was very interesting as he pointed out architecture and land marks and little quips and stories that he had that made everything just right... definitely recommend Old Town Trolley Tours

These people are scoundrels me and my wife bought two tickets waited outside their office for 45 minutes for different trolleys came by completely full we had a wedding to get to so we moved on we went back inside the woman was unable to help us and refund our money we took a picture of our stickers that we gave back to her in front of her cash register’s they never got back to us and lied to our credit card company saying that we kept their stickers and took their tour I would never use this company
