UPDATE - almost as soon as I posted this review here, a company rep responded and offered our troop a full refund for the bungled tour and an offer to try the tour again when we return in a few years FOR FREE. I greatly appreciate the offer - I just wish they had responded much sooner. I would never even have posted this review if they had simply responded to my requests right after we returned from Savannah. Old Town Trolley Tours invented the Girl Scout Discovery Tour series and we pride ourselves on hosting hundreds of scouts annually, while receiving great marks for a tour that highlights strong female role models and allows the girls to earn a coveted badge. We had a couple days to try things we liked and my gf and I both enjoyed Old Town Trolley's 15 point tour of downtown Savannah. Great opportunity to hear the well-told stories in brief, and you can hop off and on all day until 6pm. Great way to take it all in at once.
We loved the tour. We rode 2 and a half times. Everyone was great, but Ben was our all time favorite. #teamben
We had an amazing time! We only had one day to see Savannah. So we did both tours and learned a lot. RUBEN our guide was amazing!!!
