Ensure enough trolleys are in service throughout the day to support the hop on, hop off service they so proudly advertise. Waited through three successive trolleys that went by our stop full before deciding just to walk. Terrible value without a he hop on, hop off perk. They should look to similar services in Edinburgh, UK to see how to do it right!
Our family had a great time.
