Walked to this restaurant twice during my vacation for dinner. Had Steak one night and Enchiladas the second night. Both were very good. The outdoor patio is very inviting and also very busy. Had to eat inside, but that was nice too.
I am sure they have indoor dining, but their patio is large and worth while. Lots of shade and cool breezes at the right time. Beverage selection is great and food is deeeelish!
Cold beer, good margaritas, and some pretty good Mexican style food. Outdoor under the trees and lights. Friendly service, but sometimes seemed a little rushed. We like to take our time and enjoy the outside dining experience. But good nonetheless.
This is a lovely restaurant. The food was very good and the margaritas delicious. We had excellent service. Our waitress(es) were very friendly and helpful. We ended up returning to eat here a second night.
We started with their homemade chips and salsa-delicious! Then my husband had tortilla soup-very good. I ordered half Caesar salad-not the best I've had, but okay. We split the taco trio of shrimp, fajita and grilled chicken-huge plate.

The Tortilla Factory is a wonderful restaurant in the Scottsdale area with an atmosphere of a fine dining restaurant. Most seating is outdoors under strings of lights. Also, the food was great. If you are considering a special place to have dinner, you can't go wrong with the Tortilla Factory!
Good for a group, great service
Great meal for the 8 of us. Nice and tasty tortilla's. Great serving sizes. Comfortable and Quiet. Fun time.
