Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Have had SEVERAL piercings done in past! Will NOT be back :(

James is awesome had gotten a daith and nose piercings. He’s the best professional person I’ve ever had.
Just took my 7 year old daughter for her ears pierced. Jim did amazing with her! She was a trooper and didn’t even flinch! Thanks Jim for making it such a fun experience for her!
I have gotten 2 tattoos done by Glenn. They both turned out amazing. Gonna head in soon for another one.
