Do not rent from Brookeview apartment complexes. Constant problems with spiders, mice, beetles, and ants coming from under the interior walls. Took 3 years to replace outdated windows affected by water damage from the exterior sprinkler system. Took 1 year to replace faulty refrigerator. No smoke detectors in the laundry room, almost leading to an electrical fire. poor maintenance on laundry machines constantly breaking and leaking into apartment.
