I thought I would live here to save some money early on my career, and I 100% regret my decision. In my experience, Varsity apartments was not a clean, healthy, comfortable, or safe place to live. Old town square properties staff were rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and basically had an attitude that once you signed the lease and forked over your money, your concerns about the apartment were no longer their problem. I lived at The Bridges Townhomes for over 2 years and I miss living there everyday! It was our first time renting, and the staff was very welcoming and always responsive, including maintenance. The only downside was that there was no AC at the property, but for the price it was an amazing place to live.

My sister just said she doesn't want to bring her three grand-daughters to the splash-pad plaza area anymore because of the homeless vagrants lurking all over the old town plaza when she visits now (she lived here in the 1990's).
