I had a great experience renting from Old Town Square properties. Mindy was amazing, she was prompt and helpful with anything we needed with our unit. Truly above and beyond! Do not rent from Brookeview apartment complexes. Constant problems with spiders, mice, beetles, and ants coming from under the interior walls. Took 3 years to replace outdated windows affected by water damage from the exterior sprinkler system. Took 1 year to replace faulty refrigerator. No smoke detectors in the laundry room, almost leading to an electrical fire. poor maintenance on laundry machines constantly breaking and leaking into apartment. I have lived on 2 separate properties while living in Fort Collins. I'm headed back, and so happy with there rentals. I'm renting again for a 3rd year. Couldn't be a happier and pleased tenant. Recommended
