We called to ask about signing up as a vendor and we were hung up on. Very unprofessional.
Awful company, though probably on par for Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti property management. Spent 3 years in a condo in disrepair with flickering lights, broken locks and laundry, crater-filled parking lot, and myriad other problems. The door to the building was broken for several weeks and non-tenants would go into the laundry room for a warm spot to do drugs. I emailed Old Town after walking in on someone smoking drugs and they got back to me 3 DAYS later, telling me they didn’t see anyone in there. Still took weeks to fix the door... read more
It's taken me a minute to get around to writing this but Old Town has been a wonderful realtor for me. I've rented from them for almost a year now and will be returning for the following year. As a student, I've heard plenty of horror stories of price gouging and lazy realtors, and Old Town has been the precise opposite. Maintenance is accomplished quickly, the office is easy to contact, and for where I live and how many sq feet, I've felt the price is quite agreeable.
