Very prompt and efficient. Diagnosed a difficult situation and has very good communication and pricing. The best!
Moved our appointment to tomorrow even though I need my washer fixed as soon as possible. Had to call them 3 times to see if they were even coming today—2 times they said yes, and the final time they let me know they rescheduled me without my approval. Stayed home from work for this. Pretty disappointed. Let’s hope they come out tomorrow and do a good job so I can change this review.
