My warranty company scheduled my toilet repair with this company. Their receptionist reached out days prior to the appointment to confirm the appointment day, time & inform me of the Covid procedures. That was the last I heard from the company. The day of the appointment they were a NO CALL NO SHOW. I reached out to the company 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to confirm if they were still coming because the lady that called me said they would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. I had a wonderful experience with old town plumbing. The plumber (and I believe the owner) arrived in right time frame as expected. He was extremely polite and very helpful and got right to work diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I met his wife who was outside in the truck and had a lovely conversation with her while the work was being done. Old Town Plumbing was scheduled through 2-10 home warranty twice. We had 2 technicians arrive: Ken and his assistant. Not knowledgeable, not professional. They do not have shoe covers and asked for rags, etc. They have zero experience with tankless water heater systems. They didn't even think of looking up and contacting the manufacturer of the water heater for technical support. Do not recommend, will never use again.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Old Town Plumbing! Ken and Kim were amazing in putting a rush on our American Home Shield hot water heater, going above and beyond working with a (somewhat difficult) insurance company to get it installed ASAP, knowing the holidays are just around the corner and we are expecting. So grateful for how amazing this team is and how they worked diligently and professionally to get us taken care of so quickly!
absolutely terrible. They sent the same technician 2 times in a row for the same problem - the second time he acted like he had never seen it before. Took pictures (again) and then told me again he couldn't fix it - even though he had been sent to fix the problem. He was terribly rude and I have no confidence whatsoever in their service.
