Although I love this doctors office nurses and pediatrician they’re receptionist are nice but not very competent we told her 4 different times even gave the exact address to the cvs and they still sent my babies meds to Mesquite even though they knew we got our car towed while waiting two hours to be seen with making and appointment they had started going to lunch before even seeing us only saw us because we had to wait for our car towed while waiting for our ride to get there and now we have no way of getting to Mesquite fr... read more
This office is terrible!!!! I have taken my kiddos there for years but the last couple of visits were awful. One time I was there I signed in waited in the waiting room for almost an hour then while I sitting in the waiting room I received a call from them asking if we were going to come in for our appointment, ma’am I checked in over an hour ago. Ever since moving to the Mesquite area from downtown Dallas I have come to this clinic for my annual check up. The wait isn’t too bad and the doctor is amazing at her job. The only thing I would recommend is bettering the phone service. I called and the phone rang for a good 2-3 minutes until it was finally answered at 12:56 pm. I was told to call back at 1 and the lady hung up on me. I understand they have a need for a lunch break but couldn’t they have made an exception for a call 4 minutes until their break ends?
Made an appointment with them and got sent to another location in rowlett ,so I drove 40 min in freeway just to fill out lots of paperwork and wait an hour and be told to reschedule because they weren't going to be checked that day at all. Won't be making any more appointments with them from now on
They take entirely too long to call you to the back. My appointment was at 215 and I did get called back till 245 now we’re in the room and still waiting to see the doctor it’s 330🤦🏾♀️
