I had a great experience with the management here. Ken is professional, responsive, and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. It’s rare to see an owner so attentive and willing to make sure clients leave feeling taken care of. That level of service really stands out.
While visiting Alexandria I broke a nail, and the owner went out of his way to work me in. He was very kind and did a great job on my chrome manicure
