Ken is the absolute best! He’s my go-to. I’ve had manicures from a few different techs here, and they’re all very talented. You’re in good hands. The prices are reasonable, especially for Old Town. And it’s a clean, well-maintained space.

My first time here, and I loved the experience. The place is clean, the staff is welcoming, and they take their time with their work. They actually listen to what you want and make sure you’re happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I called at 6:10pm and was told no appointments could be made because they close at 7:30pm. Then the male employee called back and asked if me and my boyfriend could get there at 6:30pm, which we did. When we arrived the male employee was working on a customer’s manicure and the only other employee, a female, brought us back. Worst pedicure experience in my entire life. The owner and technicians were nice. But the technicians were not experienced. Using the wrong tools for cutting nails, using dull nail files, and other behaviors that showed lack of knowledge and confidence. Definitely an uncomfortable experience. I left before the pedicure was finished. And told them I’d pay for whatever service they thought they completed.
