Update: Right away after contacting Ken about my nails, he got me in that day! Now I have one of the best manicures I have ever had. He is very talented and detail oriented. We had a lovely conversation and he made sure I liked my nails at every step. I have been coming here off and on for a long time. Came in last week for a dip manicure with nothing on my nails and an hour and 15 minutes to do them. I asked for round nails and walked out with these square ones. There were blemishes in the dip when I was getting them done that I had to point out and ask to have fixed before curing them. They chipped after a week (typically I wear dip for four weeks without issue and have to get them redone due to growth) which is extremely disappointing given what I paid for dip. Stay far far away unless you want to leave with nails covered in bubbles, tiny hairs, and different colors due to gel polish separating: I get my nails done every other week for over 15 years now and never have I had a problem this bad. Went to old town for my bday weekend and decided to get my nails done here, in addition to horrible service, they did not get shaped how I asked, I left with mounds of dried gel under my nails that was so uncomfortable. They refused to refund me
