Hidden Jewel in Old Town Great for wine and liquor - awesome selection. The cigar selection is not so good, and the "humidor" seems a little suspect - price and selection wise. The hidden jewel here is their deli - easily the best set of sandwiches at even better prices. They make them to order, just as you like them - try the Leatherneck on sourdough...good times.
Great Sandwiches - Mgr is RUDE Just have to say they make fabulous sandwiches...HOWEVER, they give out "Buy 10 sandwiches, get the 11th sandwich FREE" cards BUT the manager doesn't honor the cards. Believe it or not, the manager told me, "I will not mark your card for 2 sandwiches that you bought, I will only mark the card once because 'it is per transaction'" When I asked him why it doesn't say "per transaction" on the card? He said rudely, "I tell you what, I take all the cards and throw them away and nobody can have any."... read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have bought 14 bottles of expensive tequila from this store in the past 3-months and first time there is a shipping issue with damage, they refuse to accept responsibility. Tried to resolve issue and they repeatedly lied to me about the manufacturer’s bottle design. Outright lies in writing just avoid responsibility for shipping me a half empty bottle of expensive tequila. A local store that expects you the customer to accept all of the responsibility for they products they sell! WHAT A RIP-OFF... read more
HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT order online. Very rude, bad customer service. Bottle came half empty and seal broken. Leaking is understandable but broken seal is not!
