I'm writing this for my parents. (The Skinners). My parents Have really appreciated the the extra mile the staff go for my mom. She has cancer and has been going through treatments that exhaust her. But when my parents are able to visit Florence they have stayed here and the staff have gotten my parents a room right away without hesitation for my mom to be able to rest. They are always friendly and just a great place to stay.
