My husband and I walked into Old Town Ink on a Thursday wanting to get some ink done on our last day in Scottsdale. The place has a nice clean look to it, which is the first thing I look for at a tattoo/piercing shop. We didn’t call ahead, because we were living in the spontaneity of the moment, but Matt and Jacob were able to get us both in at the same time. Called ahead for availability and were encouraged to come in as walk ins when they opened. Super friendly on the phone and welcoming when we arrived. It was my friend’s first tattoo and my 7th but we both had equally wonderful experiences. Glen took care of business quickly and professionally. Will come back for sure!
Andrew was awesome! He came into work early to fit me before my plane left later that day. Very friendly and my piece turned out better than I hoped.
