For over 24 hours the building has had a loud alarm going off in the garage and no maintenance has come to deactivate it. Also, the elevator is broken almost once a month for days-weeks on end and that’s the only elevator for the building. To me, this becomes a hazard for individuals with physical disabilities that rely on elevators to get them to their floor. This isn’t even the start to the problems. Just go look somewhere else for living trust me.
This building has only 1 elevator, and it’s down and out of service on at least a monthly basis - sometimes for a week at a time. When it is working, it’s often littered with trash.
Terrible maintenance. I bought my own light bulbs and asked the maintenance to replace the old ones with new. Has been over 2 months now. Every time I call them, they tell me that it will be done soon. I’m tired of asking.
