Fabulous Butcher Shop in the heart of Champaign. Highly accommodating with a wide variety of beef, pork and chicken. In addition, easily the best Jalapeño cheddar burger I've ever had!!
Went here specifically to get liver, and they had it! It was pretty inexpensive too! (At least for liver—not sure about other products)
Big fan. Best meat selection in town. Super fresh and the staff are very accommodating. Their twice baked potatoes are one of my favorite things everrrrr, gotta try.
Can't beat the meat bundles and always great quality
