Awful customer service. The receptionist who answered the phone ( apparently the owners wife) had no personality and seemed annoyed about scheduling an estimate because it is their busy season. They took over 2 weeks to give us an estimate and then it was 2x the amount compared to a few other companies we used to compare. The owner Mark seemed annoyed and very scatter brain. Originally they gave us a round about estimate ( I wasn’t holding them to it) but just a ball park and ended up doubling the amount. I can deal with ze... read more
