We have been here a handful of times and not once have we had acceptable service. Yesterday we waited behind one other couple for 5-10 minutes and neither of us were acknowledged by an employee. We finally left after being ignored when we took a seat outside. The food is good here and that's the only thing that has brought us back. However, consistent bad service will probably keep me from coming back again.

I am not picky when it comes to service but, every time we have gone here, the service is terrible. Nobody there is over the age of 20 and their bad attitudes show, every time we've gone.. we tried to go yesterday and stood at the front door for 10 minutes. This is a place with slow and irresponsible employees. Safety should be a main concern, but it isn't. Masks are a requirement, whether we agree with them or not. Covid-19 is real, dangerous and in a lot of cases - fatal. I would rather not take that risk with my asthmatic wife and our 22 month old daughter. Texas has been adding an average of over 5000 new cases per day for the last 6 weeks at least, and between 200-300 deaths per day on average. Actually fine with the no masks. Time to get herd immunity and move past this. BUT the food is mediocre every time we go there, but we keep going back for some reason. Today was the final straw, though. Food took forever (45 min for breakfast plate and a burger), which we didn’t complain about. We were extremely shocked to see this place packed (both indoors and out), and none of the staff wearing masks. We didn't stay. It doesn't matter if you "believe" in the pandemic (despite the scientific evidence), it is a government mandate and very irresponsible to not follow.
Masks not required for patrons OR staff—despite state and county orders. Not a safe place to eat in the middle of a pandemic.
My husband and I have never had a complaint until tonight. We walked in, then was greeted and seated quickly. We glanced over the menu a little longer than usual, as we knew what we wanted to order, but thought it would give our server a chance to bring our drinks.
