From front desk, pre op nurse, OR techs, anesthesiologist, Dr. Smith, Post op nurse….. every single one went above and beyond. Great attitudes, made you feel like they cared, and explained everything before doing it. I would recommend this place if needing surgery. This whole surgery group has been awesome. I broke my ankle not even a week ago and im on my way to recovery already. That says a lot

i cannot speak highly enough about the staff that cared for me before, during and after my acl surgery. everyone was truly amazing — the nurses, anesthesiologists, etc. had to come back and lower my review -- less than a year after my initial surgery, i had to get another surgery done. between now and then they have changed their billing policy and force you into a payment plan the day of surgery even though they haven't even billed your insurance yet. less than a year ago, i did not pay upfront, i was simply billed after. t... read more

Great experience. Kind and helpful staff with great bedside manner. Surgery was a little later than expected, but they were super helpful with answering all my questions and keeping me distracted to keep my nerves down.

The doctors and nurses were great. The billing department is inept. I was due an overpayment of over $500 3 months ago. They were fully aware yet did nothing to pay me. I got excuse after excuse for why I haven't received the check yet. I've heard "it's in billing" "there was a power outage and the check couldn't go out" "the check was mailed today" "it's now out of billing call the surgery center". I have only received one call from billing after I called them several times. Good luck if you have to deal with them.
